As Louisiana continues to open up into Phase 3 and beyond, we are closely following safety guidelines and recommendations and adjusting our policies as necessary for the safety of our family and yours.

• Private one-on-one appointments are not required, but still recommended. Private one-We are expanding our group size limits to 10. Our models have returned to an “open house” policy, though we can accommodate private appointments.
• Face masks will still be required for all model home tours and/or appointments until further notice. Please note masks will not be provided; please plan accordingly for your visit.
• We will continue to practice social distancing for on-site appointments as recommended by the CDC and local government.

Here is how we can help:

• We are following CDC guidelines to ensure the safest  practices at our model homes and design centers.
• We are offering a variety of virtual appointments  (Facetime calls, Zoom video calls/tours) at all 3 of our model homes.
• Private one-on-one appointments are available.  We do ask that you refrain from bringing children to your appointment and limit number of guests to four.  We will ensure there is ample time between appointments for our team to sanitize appropriately.
