The Sunrise Homes team is made up of incredible people who work hard to make dream homes come true! Ready to meet another outstanding Sunrise team member? Introducing Carlos Perdomo, our incredible building construction superintendent!

Carlos has been part of the Sunrise team for 17 years, and we feel so lucky to have him! He is passionate about woodworking and performing hands-on work, which led him to the homebuilding industry. He plays a large part in guaranteeing our homes are built the Sunrise way – safely, smoothly and on time!

His role includes overseeing home construction schedules and ensuring that utilities are in place, materials are delivered on time, subcontractors are scheduled for each trade and all Parish inspections are passed. Carlos also regularly interacts with our subcontractors and homeowners, as well as our sales team to coordinate homeowner milestones such as orientation, framing, walk-through and more.  

Building and buying a new home can be overwhelming. Luckily, establishing rapport with our homeowners to help them feel confident and comfortable in their decision is one of Carlos’ greatest traits. Carlos prides himself on his work and loves watching a homeowner light up with excitement walking into their brand new Sunrise home! 

Although the current market has challenges, Carlos maintains strong relationships with our subcontractor base to help our projects move along seamlessly. We are so grateful to have Carlos on our team!

In his personal life, Carlos is a family man through and through! He loves spending time with his grandchildren and dancing the night away with his beautiful wife. If you see Carlos with his iPad in hand, there’s a good chance he’ll show off photos of his adored grandkids!
