Good morning. We hope you and your family are doing well and starting to get back to normal after Hurricane Ida.  As Sunrise Homes begins to pick up the pieces after the storm, we’d like to share the following information.

We understand and share your concerns related to your home that is under construction. Our team has performed preliminary inspections on all homes under construction and found that some homes sustained minor damage. This damage will be addressed as we work to get construction back on track.

We will be in touch to update you on the status of your home.

If your closing was interrupted by Hurricane Ida, we will be in touch to reschedule it.

We will resume business on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. With a very high volume of calls and emails resulting from the storm, please know that you are our top priority, and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
