While the closing on your new home means the end of the purchase process, it’s the beginning of a whole new chapter in new home ownership.  Our commitment to service is backed by our centralized and full time Customer Care Professionals who utilize award winning processes for managing any service required after the sale.  While we pride ourselves on providing a live voice to personally answer questions, our homeowner portal allows owners to access documents associated with their new home such as color selections, land survey information, maintenance and care guides, along with the ability to request and monitor service requests on-line.
